Telefonica Deutschland issues dual-tranche promissory note loan using Blockchain

(Telecompaper) Telefonica Deutschland announced it has issued a promissory note loan that combines traditional financing with a tranche using Blockchain technology. The promissory note loan carries a target volume of EUR 200 million and was issued with DZ Bank and the Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg (LBBW).
