Executive Search ensures that our efforts are focused on filling your position in a timely, professional and confidential manner. Most importantly, by selecting this valuable option as your organization’s method of hire, it reinforces the importance of the position and significantly impacts the prestige and perception of the candidate targeted for recruitment. The firm is employed to conduct the entire recruitment effort from startup until the candidate has started working. Search fees are typically 1/3 of the annual compensation of the recruited executive and payments are divided into thirds, with a portion issued at the initiation of the search, 30 days after initiation and upon successful placement of the candidate.
Our contained recruiting services include identifying, screening, and reference checking of appropriate and qualified candidates, as well as the scheduling of interviews with qualified candidates for our clients. Clients provide us with information regarding vacant positions and compensation, as well as the skills and requirements sought in any candidates presented for consideration of any vacant positions. The fee is based on a percentage of the Position’s base salary. The Contained Search provides a partially Retained Nonrefundable Fee, allowing an Executive Search to maintain priority status and flexibility with specific client requirements.
Our contingent recruiting services include identifying, screening and reference checking of appropriate and qualified candidates. Additionally, we coordinate the scheduling of interviews with qualified candidates for our clients. Clients provide us with information regarding vacant positions and compensation, as well as the skills and requirements sought in any candidates presented for consideration of any vacant positions. The fee is earned if the employer, or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts within one year of our referral, hires the candidate directly or indirectly.
