As a result, we have built a large candidate database used to provide a pool of top candidates to our clients. The database enables the candidate review and subsequent selection process to be completed as soon as possible. Our goal is to identify those candidates that complement our clients.

Recruiting Process

Burrell & Associates will plan, develop and execute an exhaustive search while partnering with your organization in the hiring process. We will perform the search discreetly and in very strict confidence. Our process involves locating passive candidates and leads to shortening the interview process. Throughout our process we will interface with the hiring manager and/or HR, as well as the candidate to communicate feedback. We will also connect successful candidates with relocation counseling to ensure a smooth transition into the local community. After the process is complete, we will conduct status reviews with general management ensuring continued client satisfaction.
