VP of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Mauldin has over 30 years in the Telecom and the IT Recruiting Industry.

After beginning her career as a salesperson for telecommunication equipment, Ms. Mauldin was promoted to a management position and later VP of Operations. In 1988, Ms. Mauldin began working in the Information Technology (IT) Executive Search Industry and later added the Financial Services industry to her client markets. In 1998, Ms. Mauldin opened her own firm, providing Executive Search services to the IT and Telecom markets, later including sales and marketing professionals.

Ms. Mauldin is an Airs trained recruiter and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Houston-Clear Lake City.
